Grab a slider, ankle weights, light weights and your mat! We start with a reformer-inspired plank series, work our left leg, take an abs intermission, move on to our right leg and finish out with a final plank series!

This flow style class starts off with some spicy lower body with sliders, moves onto some targeted arms with weights, and ends with focused abs & arms. You'll need a slider, a pair of light weights and your mat!
